Extract Network as follows:
After download, click the "Open folder" button of the Microsoft Internet Explorer download dialog.
Then double-click the NETW4612.exe; this is a WinZip-self-extracting exe. Follow the WinZip prompts to extract the Network program package to the folder of your choice.
