Create a Network short cut link as follows:
(Frequent Network users may wish to create a short cut link on their desktop).
Right-click Network.exe; create short cut link; drag the short cut link onto the desktop.
Right-click phylo.exe; create short cut link; drag the short cut link onto the desktop.
